It is laying on 'WH' letterhead.  There's another line of print in the background I can't see to read.

Yes and no. 
I grabbed it from https://qcodefag.github.io/.  They've been staying up to the minute,
and they also show any responses Q might make to Anons, which happen on another
area of 8chan.

The 8ch.net link above is dedicated to Q posts only.  There's no other filter, they are direct posts by Q, not copied from anywhere, and no one else can post there. 
I check both, but qcode is 100% accurate and timely.

I was looking for the reason he posted the pen a 2nd time.  It could have just been to say, 'where the President is, I am', in mission and in location.

So, I was checking the bottom line of the stationary header to make sure it didn't point to something else-some other direction.
