October 2014 – LOUISIANA - Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell said late Sunday that he will seek a temporary restraining order to stop the incinerated belongings of Dallas Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan from being brought to a Louisiana landfill. However, there is no evidence that this would spread the dreaded disease. The items include linens, carpets and bedding from Duncan’s apartment. Six truckloads of the “potential Ebola-contaminated material”” were burned at a facility in Port Arthur, Texas, on Friday, Caldwell said in a statement. The ashes are planned to be brought to a hazardous-waste landfill in Louisiana, but Caldwell is trying to stop that from happening. His office is completing an application to seek a temporary restraining order to prevent the material from being brought to the landfill, and expects to file it Monday morning.
The attorney general’s office is also sending a “demand letter” to Texas and federal officials, as well as private contractors who are involved, requesting additional information. Caldwell said in a statement that “the health and safety of our Louisiana citizens is our top priority. There are too many unknowns at this point, and it is absurd to transport potentially hazardous Ebola waste across state lines,” he said. “This situation is certainly unprecedented, and we want to approach it with the utmost caution. We just can’t afford to take any risks when it comes to this deadly virus.” However, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says incineration is the appropriate way to handle this type of waste, and that Ebola-associated waste is no longer infectious when properly incinerated. The disease is spread through an infected person’s blood or bodily fluids such as urine, saliva, sweat and semen, or infected animals. It is not spread through air or water. –NOLA

In hazmat suits and surrounded by emergency crews and equipment, a plane at Boston's Logan Airport was locked down and passengers escorted away amid fear of Ebola, as multiple passengers reported flu-like symptoms. Some on Twitter reported five sick, the local NBC affiliate says as many as 10 people were showing symptoms. The crews are still checking the plane. Passengers are currently being transferred to local hospitals for further testing according to WHDH Boston. Truth Revolt will update as any news becomes available. UPDATE: CNN now reporting the same number sick as the reports on Twitter, at five. Local News reports that all five passengers have been transferred to area hospitals.

I have been informed from a private but totally reliable source in Guatemala that a male from the Congo is hospitalized with Ebola in the IGSS Hospital in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
I am told that the authorities are in a panic as they do NOT have any facility capable of handling Level 4 Bio-hazards.
There has been a news embargo of this story.
It is unknown just how many people that this patient has been in contact with in Guatemala or his route to Central America from Africa.
It was only this week ~ link ~ that USMC four-star General John Kelly, who heads America's Southern Command, said in reference to Ebola in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, that “If it breaks out, it's literally, 'Katie bar the door' ” if the Ebola Pandemic hits Central America. He also said, “And there will be mass migration into the United States. They will run away from Ebola, or if they suspect they are infected, they will try to get to the United States for treatment.”
It is imperative that the southern US Border be sealed with three or four US Army/Army Reserve/National Guard divisions. It is further imperative that all persons traveling from west Africa be prevented from entering any other nation!
A doctor in Liberia, Dr. Gabriel Logan, in Tubmanburg (north of the capital, Monrovia) discovered a likely cure for the disease ~ link to this story. Out of desperation he used a drug that he had in his pharmacy, Lamivudine, which is an antiviral medicine normally used to treat Hepatitis B and HIV, on Ebola patients. He had remarkable results, 13 out of 15 patients with Ebola have survived after the treatment with Lamivudine!!! This story is NOT being reported by the mainstream news media!!!
The bottom line is that we are losing control of events. Almost two weeks ago, the UN experts said that we had perhaps a month to get Ebola under control or it would control us.
We need to get very serious very quickly about global containment of this doomsday virus and we need to do immediate follow-ups on using Lamivudine (brand name: Epivir) as a treatment for Ebola. Additionally, we need to look at various natural and/or outside-the-Big-Pharma-box treatments including intravenous Vitamin C.
If we do not act quickly and with efficiency we will likely see the Christmas shopping season ended early as panic and lock-downs spread throughout the globe.

Dr. Gorbee Logan has given the drug, lamivudine, to 15 Ebola patients, and all but two survived. That's about a 13% mortality rate. Across West Africa, the virus has killed 70% of its victims. Outside Logan's Ebola center in Tubmanburg, four of his recovering patients walk the grounds, always staying inside the fence that separates the Ebola patients from everyone else. "My stomach was hurting; I was feeling weak; I was vomiting," Elizabeth Kundu, 23, says of her bout with the virus. "They gave me medicine, and I'm feeling fine. We take it, and we can eat -- we're feeling fine in our bodies."

Last night we updated readers with a report out of Dallas, TX indicating that a third Ebola infection had been identified in the United States. It was originally believed to be the boyfriend of Nurse Nina Pham, who tested positive for the virus earlier this week. Pham’s boyfriend is still believed to be in isolation and it is not clear whether he has tested positive for the virus. A second health care worker in Dallas, however, has tested positive for Ebola this morning, making her the third person in the United States to have been identified. The infection of a second person who had been caring for Thomas Duncan suggests a total failure in CDC and hospital containment protocols.

*********** The previous report is below and discusses the possibility of another potential Ebola case currently in isolation. It was originally believed that Nina Pham’s boyfriend was the third confirmed Ebola case in America. Various reports now making their way through social networks and alternative media sources claim that Nina Pham’s boyfriend may have been admitted to a Dallas-area hospital. It is not clear whether the individual was showing symptoms of the virus or if he has been quarantined as a precautionary measure. According to NBC DFW, “Texas Health Presbyterian is monitoring the patient based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention protocol.” Ms. Pham is the first person to contract the virus in the United States after being one of several medical personnel to provide care for the late Thomas Duncan, who arrived in America from West Africa two weeks ago. According to reports Pham’s boyfriend works for Fort Worth-based eye care firm Alcon. A letter from Alcon CEO Jeff George sent to employees on Monday says that one of the company’s associates was admitted to Texas Health Presbyterian. George specifically notes in the letter that the individual who has been admitted was not showing symptoms of the virus, but there are contradicting reports with some suggesting that the individual admitted to the hospital was showing Ebola-like symptoms. It is believed that Nina Pham’s parents and boyfriend are employees of Alcon. A follow up report from Got News indicates that two Alcon sources confirm the legitimacy of the letter and according to NBC the company says it is not worried about further infections:

The Ebola virus has an incubation period of 2 to 21 days according to the CDC. This means that even though Pham had only been showing symptoms for a short period of time before being admitted to the hospital, it is possible that the individual identified by Alcon could have been exposed to the virus before Pham realized she was getting sick. With a two day incubation period, had her boyfriend been exposed it’s possible that he could have showed a more rapid onset of symptoms than Pham or Duncan. The Centers for Disease control and Texas Health Presbyterian have yet to confirm if the new patient has tested positive for the virus, but some scattered reports online say that tests have actually confirmed infection. These reports have not been independently verified or confirmed. If it turns out that this individual has Ebola he would be the first non-medical person in the United States to contract the virus, a development that could further stoke panic across America. The CDC has maintained that they are prepared for Ebola even though director Thomas Frieden admitted yesterday that they have to rethink the way Ebola control protocols are implemented. It’s an admission that has brought further criticism to the agency, which has a $6.6 billion yearly budget, for their failure to implement effective quarantine and control procedures. The latest potential case in Dallas highlights fears that the Ebola virus may have spread from Thomas Duncan, who was symptomatic two weeks ago, to the general population. With the high end of the incubation period being 21 days, if Duncan infected others then those cases will start showing up at hospitals within the next week. Should this be the case, and more people become infected with the virus, it is only a matter of time before it makes its way to other major metropolitan areas. It’s also possible that, because of a lack of sufficient screening procedures and flight restrictions, more infected individuals from West Africa or elsewhere could eventually arrive in the United States. Other than repeating that they have things under control, the CDC has failed to issue any pandemic preparedness guidelines to the general public. Even hospitals across the country lack a single standard for dealing with the virus. The lack of information from the CDC and a concerned American public has led to panic buying of critical medical supplies like WHO-recommended respirator masks,protective body suits, goggles, gloves and pandemic kits to prevent the spread of contagious diseases. Ebola riots have hit Sierra Leone as authorities were forced to use tear gas to disperse residents who expressed fury over the body of an Ebola victim being left on the street for two days.
Health officials in the West African country continue to be overwhelmed by the spread of the epidemic which has stretched health care facilities to breaking point.
Footage shot by BBC News shows residents staging irate impromptu protests over the failure to remove an Ebola victim’s corpse, with police resorting to tear gas to restore order.
This is not the first time that the Ebola crisis has sparked unrest. Animal rights activists in Spain staged a “mini-riot” last week after they attempted to prevent the removal of a dog that had to be put down having been in contact with a nurse who contracted Ebola and was quarantined in Madrid.
Last month, seven people were killed during rioting in Guinea after members of a delegation sent to educate residents about the Ebola virus were attacked by an angry crowd.
The World Health Organization has warned that Ebola cases could rise to 10,000 a week by December, ten times the current ratio. Only 4,300 treatment beds will be available by that time.
Meanwhile, the United Nations has warned that the Ebola virus is “winning the race” against efforts to halt its spread.
“Ebola got a head start on us,” Anthony Banbury, head of the UN Mission for Ebola Emergency Response, told the United Nations Security Council.
“It is far ahead of us, it is running faster than us, and it is winning the race,” he said. “We either stop Ebola now or we face an entirely unprecedented situation for which we do not have a plan.”

Senator Rand Paul has accused Barack Obama of downplaying the threat posed by Ebola for political purposes, alleging that the President has “failed to show leadership” on the issue.
In an interview this morning with Talk Radio 1210 WPHT, the Kentucky Senator was asked by host Dom Giordano if the Ebola outbreak was morphing into an issue of incompetence and the White House “lying to the American people.”
“It adds to just a litany of things that the President has let us down on and failed to show leadership,” responded Paul. “So, I think it’s one thing after another, it’s not just one issue. The lack of leadership on Ebola, the equivocating, the downplaying, the underplaying, the, sort of, trying to calm everyone with really not being completely frank about the transmissibility of the disease, I think, doesn’t help any of them at the polls.”
The Senator attacked suggestions made by some on the left that budget cuts had left health authorities unprepared to deal with an Ebola outbreak in the United States.
“The waste that runs throughout [The National Institute of Health] is just appalling and for them to say they didn’t have enough money when their budget has gone up 220 percent for epidemics is really just an insult to the taxpayer,” said Paul.
This is not the first time Senator Paul has been vocal in his condemnation of the federal government’s reaction to the Ebola crisis.
Earlier this month, Paul appeared on the Laura Ingraham Show to complain that the situation was not being treated with enough seriousness, highlighting comments made before the first case in Dallas by CDC officials who said there was little chance of an outbreak occurring within the United States.
“I really think that it is being dominated by political correctness and I think because of political correctness we’re not really making sound, rational, scientific decisions on this,” said Paul, while suggesting that the transmissibility of the virus may be more aggressive than health authorities have acknowledged.
Two health workers who treated patient zero – Thomas Eric Duncan – have contracted the virus despite wearing full protective clothing, prompting questions as to whether the virus has gone airborne to some degree.

Yeah they (The CDC) have been trying to throw her under the bus saying that she should not have been flying in the first place. Funny how they already knew and actually gave her permission to fly while symptomatic.

Amber Jay Vinson, 29, already had a fever when she traveled home to Ohio to plan her wedding and visit her mother last Friday, despite being one of the 76 medical workers from Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital under observation by the Centers for Disease Control.
She had treated Thomas Eric Duncan, the Ebola 'patient zero.' Health officials say she was told she was at risk for exposure to the disease but boarded a Frontier Airlines flight regardless.
The news has prompted high schools and medical centers to send home staff and students amid fears that they could have come into contact with Vinson.

Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) has ordered a teacher at Cranwood elementary school to stay at home today after learning last night that they may have come in contact with a person diagnosed with the Ebola virus.
Overnight, the entire school has been 'thoroughly cleaned with a bleach-based cleaning solution according to guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control,' the board said.

New York City firefighters BANNED from saying 'Ebola' on the radio to avoid creating widespread... A few miles south east of Cleveland, staff and pupils were today barred from Solon Middle School and Parkside Elementary School in Solon, Ohio.
It came after a middle school teacher that works at both schools revealed they had traveled home from Dallas on Frontier Airlines on Tuesday - on a different flight, but possibly the same plane as Vinson, NBC reported.
Meanwhile, a number of nurses at Cleveland Clinic, The MetroHealth System, and University Hospitals have been placed on paid leave after traveling on the same flight as Vinson.

They are being monitored for symptoms of fever, nausea or fatigue.
The hospitals said in a statement: 'We are confident that these nurses are at low risk of exposure since we understand [Vinson] did not have symptoms at the time.
'We have taken this measure as an extra precautionary step for our employees, patients, and visitors.'
A stream of people admitted themselves to Cleveland's UH Case Medical Center yesterday claiming to have flown with Vinson but it transpired none had been aboard the same flight.
According to CDC guidelines, the nurse should have limited her movements.
He said CDC guidelines would be updated to clarify that air travel should not occur.

In yet another curious coincidence surrounding the recent Ebola crisis, it appears that FEMA has been preparing for the appearance of a pandemic of deadly disease in the near future all along.
As part of the FEMA Pandemic Exercise Series: PANDEMIC ACCORD: 2013-14 Pandemic Influenza Continuity Exercise Strategy, the Sifma.org website states that,

The stated objectives of the exercise are "to mitigate vulnerabilities during a pandemic influenza outbreak; to identify gaps or weaknesses in pandemic planning or in organization pandemic influenza continuity plans, policies, and procedures; and encourage private and public organizations to jointly plan for, and test, their pandemic influenza plans."
The Sifma website provides an overall summary of the exercise as well as links to webinar presentations which can be viewed for free.
Regardless of the origins of the Ebola crisis, whether it be conspiracy or gross incompetence, there are a number of aspects to the entire situation which simply do not add up. While one would not argue that preparedness on the part of the federal government regarding a possible pandemic is a bad thing, its behavior thus far has exuded anything but preparedness. Considering America’s sordid history with national emergency exercises, the ongoing FEMA pandemic exercise cannot help but raise red flags.

4.07% of ebola patients have an incubation period in excess of 21 days.

Assumptions

2013 Table Top Pandemic Influenza Exercise
The 2013 Pandemic Accord Table Top Pandemic Influenza Exercise took place on November 19, 2013 and was repeated on November 20th and November 21st. The Pandemic Accord TTX is the first exercise in a two-year exercise series that seeks to increase readiness for a pandemic event. The Table Top Exercise was designed to explore continuity planning for an influenza pandemic, foster partnerships between the public and private sectors, and identify potential promising practices as well as issues or shortfalls in pandemic plans. The purpose of these events are to enhance continuity planning among federal departments and agencies; U.S. Courts; state, tribal, local jurisdictions; and the private sector community.

As part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s detailed contact trace investigation conducted in response to the first Ebola case in Dallas, it was discovered that an employee of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital had departed the United States via a commercial cruise ship on October 12 from Galveston, Texas. The employee did not have direct contact with the since deceased Ebola patient, but may have had contact with clinical specimens collected from him. The individual was out of the country before being notified of CDC’s updated requirements for active monitoring. At the time the hospital employee left the country, CDC was requiring only self-monitoring.
The employee has been self-monitoring, including daily temperature checks, since October 6, and has not had a fever or demonstrated any symptoms of illness. It has been 19 days since the passenger may have processed the since deceased patient’s fluid samples. The cruise line has actively supported CDC’s efforts to speak with the individual, whom the cruise ship’s medical doctor has monitored and confirmed was in good health. Following this examination, the hospital employee and traveling partner have voluntarily remained isolated in a cabin. We are working with the cruise line to safely bring them back to the United States out of an abundance of caution.
October 17, 2014 – Carnival Cruise Lines Statement
Late afternoon on Wednesday, Oct. 15., we were made aware by the U.S. CDC of a guest sailing this week on board Carnival Magic who is a lab supervisor at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. At no point in time has the individual exhibited any symptoms or signs of infection and it has been 19 days since she was in the lab with the testing samples. She is deemed by CDC to be very low risk. At this time, the guest remains in isolation on board the ship and is not deemed to be a risk to any guests or crew. It is important to reiterate that the individual has no symptoms and has been isolated in an extreme abundance of caution. We are in close contact with the CDC and at this time it has been determined that the appropriate course of action is to simply keep the guest in isolation on board.

None of Carnival Cruise Lines’ ships visit the region where Ebola cases are originating nor do our ships call in any countries with Level 3 CDC Travel Heath Notices. Any passengers or crew who have visited or traveled through Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea within 21 days of a cruise departure date will be denied boarding. Additionally, all guests sailing with us must answer a series of health screening questions during embarkation and, if deemed necessary, will be asked to submit to further medical screening prior to being allowed to board. All cruise lines continue to monitor the situation closely, along with our colleagues in the rest of the travel industry. The cruise industry is in close, frequent contact with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) for updates and guidance.

October 2014 – AFRICA – One of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical companies says a vaccine to tackle Ebola will “come too late” to curb the current epidemic, as the UK and other European countries begin screening passengers for the virus at international airports. GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), a British multinational that produces pharmaceuticals, biologics and vaccines, said a working vaccine would not be readily available until late 2015, by which time the epidemic may have spread far beyond West Africa. The statement follows warnings from the United Nations and World Health Organization (WHO) that there could soon be more than 10,000 new cases of Ebola per week if the spread of the disease is not curbed quickly. “We either stop Ebola now or we face an entirely unprecedented situation for which we do not have a plan,” said the UN’s Deputy Ebola Coordinator Anthony Banbury on Wednesday. “The WHO advises within 60 days we must ensure 70 percent of infected people are in a care facility and 70 percent of burials are done without causing further infection,” he added.
Earlier this week, British Prime Minister David Cameron signed off on deploying 750 troops to Sierra Leone to help set up medical treatment centers and to the assist staff on the ground to contain the virus. He also urged the international community to dedicate more resources to the relief effort in West Africa, after UN Secretary- General Ban Ki-moon criticized leaders for paying a mere $100,000 into a $1 billion UN trust fund to fight the virus. “This is the biggest health problem facing our world in a generation. It’s very likely to affect a number of the countries that are here today,” Cameron said at the EU-Asia summit in Milan on Thursday. “Britain in my view has been leading the way. The action we’re taking in Sierra Leone, where we are committing well over £100 million, 750 troops, we are going to be training 800 members of health staff in Sierra Leone, providing 700 beds.” He also said the international community should “look at their responsibilities and their resources” to ensure the disease did not spread to Europe. Professor Hill, who is currently developing an Ebola vaccine, hit out at drug companies including GSK, Sanofi, Merck and Pfizer in September, arguing a vaccine wasn’t developed because there was “no business case” for it. “The problem with that is, even if you’ve got a way of making a vaccine, unless there’s a big market, it’s not worth the while of a mega-company,” Hill told the Independent. –RT

Also something heavy is about to go down on the geopolitical arena and the middle east and the south Pacific. Reverse 911 calls alert Dallas residents: 'Your neighbor has Ebola'
(NaturalNews) Dallas health authorities are doing a poor job of alleviating fears over Ebola, as a sort of reverse 911 automated telephone call "alerted" hundreds of people in recent days with this chilling message: "Your neighbor has Ebola."
The Huffington Post reported that every address within a four-block radius of the nurse, Nina Pham, 26, in Northeast Dallas received phone calls on October 12 after she became the second person in the city -- and the U.S. -- to test positive for the virus.
Recorded in a male voice, the call informed residents that Pham was "in the hospital and isolated," and that going forward there is "no ongoing danger to your health."
Pham works at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, where she helped take care of the first Ebola patient diagnosed in the U.S., Thomas Eric Duncan, who died October 8. She became the first person to contract the deadly disease while on U.S. soil; Duncan brought it back with him from his home country of Liberia, the hardest-hit of the three most-affected West African nations (Sierra Leone and Guinea are the others).

As reported by The Huffington Post, the text of the message is as follows:
This is an important message from the city of Dallas.
Please be advised that a heath care worker who lives in your area has tested positive for Ebola. This individual is in the hospital and isolated. Precautions are already in process to clean all known potential areas of contact to ensure public health.
While this may be concerning, there is no ongoing danger to your health. The virus does not spread through casual contact. The City of Dallas is working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Dallas County, Dallas Independent School District, and Community Leaders to protect your health.
For more information please call 311 or Dallas County Health and Human Services at 214-819-2004.
Public officials say the call was designed to send information to residents and to keep them calm following news that Pham had tested positive for the disease. But some say it had just the opposite effect.
In the meantime, however, police officers teamed with volunteers to go door-to-door in the area, to pass out flyers and to explain what had happened. While officials say there is nothing more to be concerned about, they are nevertheless worried that some residents in the area who do not have telephones or who were not in their homes at the time of the call did not get informed.
'We had this plan in place'
Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings did stress that there was little risk of contracting Ebola without actually coming into contact with bodily fluids from someone who was showing symptoms.
"We had this plan in place last week," he told DallasNews.com, defending the auto-call. "So when we got this phone call, which we thought we might get, we put an action team in place and they have been working all this [prior] evening so that as people are waking up they know that they are safe."
Officials have sent a decontamination team to Pham's apartment. Also, they made arrangements to care for her dog.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention chief Dr. Thomas Frieden said Pham's case raises some serious concerns surrounding the virus. because she was reportedly wearing full protective clothing -- mask, gown and shield -- when caring for Duncan, but she still caught the virus after, he says, a "breach of safety protocol," which he has yet to publicly identify.
"It is deeply concerning that the infection occurred," Frieden said at a recent news conference. He added that Ebola treatment "protocols work... but we know that even a single lapse or breach can result" in spreading the virus.

Operating out of South Africa during the apartheid era in the early 1980s, Dr. Wouter Basson launched a secret bioweapons project called Project Coast. The goal of the project was to develop biological and chemical agents that would either kill or sterilize the black population and assassinate political enemies. Among the agents developed were Marburg and Ebola viruses.
Basson is surrounded by cloak-and-dagger intrigue, as he told Pretoria High court in South Africa that “The local CIA agent in Pretoria threatened me with death on the sidewalk of the American Embassy in Schoeman Street.” According to a 2001 article in The New Yorker magazine , the American Embassy in Pretoria was “terribly concerned” that Basson would reveal deep connections between Project Coast and the United States.
In 2013, Basson was found guilty of “unprofessional conduct” by the South African health council. Bioweapons expert Jeanne Guillemin writes in her book Biological Weapons: From the Invention of State-Sponsored Programs to Contemporary Bioterrorism, "The project ‘s growth years were from 1982 to 1987, when it developed a range of biological agents (such as those for anthrax, cholera, and the Marburg and Ebola viruses and for botulinum toxin)… "
Basson’s bioweapons program officially ended in 1994, but there has been no independent verification that the pathogens created were ever destroyed . The order to destroy them went directly to Dr. Basson. According to the Wall Street Journal, “The integrity of the process rested solely on Dr. Basson’s honesty.”
Basson claims to have had contact with Western agencies that provided “ideological assistance” to Project Coast. Basson stated in an interview shot for the documentary Anthrax War that he met several times with Dr. David Kelly, the infamous UN weapons inspector in Iraq. Kelly was a top bioweapons expert in the United Kingdom. He was found dead near his home in Oxfordshire in 2003. While the official story claims he committed suicide, medical experts highly doubt this story. In a 2007 article from the Mail Online , it was reported that a week prior to his death, Dr. Kelly was to be interviewed by MI5 about his ties to Dr. Basson.
Dr. Timothy Stamps, Minister of Health of Zimbabwe, suspected that his country was under biological attack during the time that Basson was operating. Stamps told PBS Frontline in 1998 that “The evidence is very clear that these were not natural events. Whether they were caused by some direct or deliberate inoculation or not, is the question we have to answer.”
Stamps specifically named the Ebola and Marburg viruses as suspect. Stamps thinks that his country was being used as a testing ground for weaponized Ebola.

As revealed by The Age , Nobel prize winning Australian microbiologist Sir Macfarlane Burnet secretly urged the Australian government in 1947 to develop bio weapons for use against the “overpopulated countries of South-East Asia.” In a 1947 meeting with the New Weapons and Equipment Development Committee, the group recommended that “the possibilities of an attack on the food supplies of S-E Asia and Indonesia using B.W. agents should be considered by a small study group.”
This information gives us an interesting perspective on the recent unprecedented Ebola outbreak. Is it an organic natural phenomenon? Did this strain of Ebola accidentally escape from a bioweapons lab? Or, was it deliberately released?
