There's a whiff of insurrection in the electronic "air" of the "Dark Web" after the U.S. Congress failed to repeal and replace Obamacare.
Various sites on the untraceable underbelly of the Internet are a hotbed of violent rage with users vilifying Congress, publishing the home addresses of Congressional members and open talk of using force and violence against them for this week's healthcare debacle.
