The media is trying to cover it up, and so is Occasional Kotex’s “spokesman”.
Cover up what?  Damn near everything this nutball has spouted, but which can’t work.
Even “business insider” has tried to get in on it.
Then there’s the “actual resolution” that was put up on the House page, and which now has near-universal buy-in from everyone on the left who has announced they’re running for President in 2020.

That resolution is missing some of the actual points that were sold to the public.
Let’s cut the crap folks: A “Green New Deal” would, if implemented:

• Put every coal miner out of work.
  
  
• Put almost every existing car assembler out of work.
  
  
• Put every oil company employee — including all the roughnecks — out of work.
  
  
• Ground every aircraft, and put every Boeing employee out of work.
  
  
• Put every air traffic controller out of work.
  
  
• Put every gas station owner and employee, along with all the convenience stores associated with them, out of work.
  
  
• Make personal travel between points more than 200-odd miles distant require 2-3x as much time to accomplish due to the impossibility of doing so without extended periods at charging stations.  This will essentially end the freedom to personally travel beyond 200 miles of one’s permanent residence in the United States.
  
  
• Make personal round-trip travel of more than 100-odd miles from home physically impossible without 2+ hour layovers in the middle for the same reason.  For example, it would be physically impossible for me to drive from my home to Pensacola and back without risking being stranded, unless there was a charging station in Pensacola and I was willing and able to remain there for 2+ hours while I recharged my car.
  
  
• Shut down all of the nuclear infrastructure in the United States (some 100+ power reactors) without any way to contain their current fuel and safely consume what remains of it.  Oh, and put all the people who work there (nearly all of whom have good-paying jobs) out of work.
  
  
• Triple the cost of electrical power in the United States.  For industrial users this would be ruinously expensive and destroy what manufacturing remains in this country, putting all of those employees out of work.
  
  
• Make nighttime power intermittent in accessibility, rendering the now-common practice of running a third shift for industrial purposes (when demand charges are lower) impossible due to lack of solar energy across America during that time.  Forced curtailment (read: blackouts) are unavoidable under such a generation mandate since there is insufficient 100% available base load power that can be generated by renewable sources in the United States.
  
  
• The rise in power cost would likely double the cost of “cloud computing” in the United States; power is the primary expense of running large data centers.  They will all move offshore and fire everyone who works there, putting them all out of work.
  
  
• Your electric bill will double and, if you use natural gas for heat today, that will disappear.  In areas too cold for economic use of a heat pump (anything north of the middle of the nation, basically) your winter heating costs will skyrocket by 300-500% as the only “legal” alternative will be electrical resistance heat.  Montana and the Dakotas, along with the northern part of Minnesota and the UP of Michigan will become economically uninhabitable.

At the same time this “Green New Deal” promises to provide “economic and health care security” to everyone irrespective of whether they are able or willing to work, irrespective of whether they are CITIZENS or not (yes, the OFFICIAL RESOLUTION includes illegal invaders as it says PERSONS, not CITIZENS) and irrespective of whether they intentionally poison themselves.  “Free” and unlimited medical care for every 300+lb fattie who gorges on donuts and drinks themselves half to death (as we do now) can’t be paid for today; we spend $400 billion of federal and state money on avoidable expense right here and now every year as a result of coddling adults who refuse to stop eating fast carbs rather than “offend” them by telling them to cut that crap out or get nothing.  That spending is already exponentially increasing and if not stopped now will bankrupt the nation within the next six years.
If you think this “deal” would be some “economic renaissance” you’re out of your mind.  The economic impact of such a “Green New Deal” would be the annihilation of our economy.  No other nation will go along with anything approaching this sort of suicide pact; we will be left alone while all the other nations of the world, especially China, feast on what used to be our economic strengths.
Couple this with what we now know is the state of our military given the investigation into the Fitzgerald collision and it would simply be a matter of time before one of those nations (cough-China-cough-cough!) blew us to bits.  Xi is laughing his ass off right now over in Beijing at the rank stupidity of the American public and political class which has bought into that which cannot occur without catastrophic outcomes as for the promised “good” outcomes to occur you must be able to violate the laws of physics.[/size]

The subject of FEMA camps keeps re-entering the discussion with regard to Deep State activity in this country. The existence of FEMA camps has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, both from eyewitnesses and government documents which will be reviewed, again, in a future article. But which side is control of FEMA camps? Is it the legally elected authority constitutionally chosen to rule the Republic. Or, are the landlords of the FEMA camps Deep State operatives with a very nefarious purpose in mind?
Many times I have stated that Obama was the eighth inning set up relief pitcher and Hillary Clinton was to be the closer. Obama engaged in many actions which solidified the existence and purpose of FEMA camps and just prior to the end of his presidency, both he and the Vice-President, Joe Biden, met secretly with the Federal Reserve at the Pentagon and members of the Joint Chiefs were in attendance. As previously stated, Vice-President Biden was in attendance as well and this speaks to the gravity of the situation, because the President and the Vice-President almost never attend the same meetings for security reasons.  Also, it is highly unusual for the President to ever meet with the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve tells the President what to do. So, one has to ask themselves, what did the Federal Reserve need, from the President, that they cannot supply for themselves? Answer: They needed the use of the President’s military assets which would have been employed had Hillary been elected.

I knew about this meeting and published this fact. I had learned, with information that will be re-released in this series, that the Federal Reserve was planning to collapse the dollar and contingency martial law plans were being drawn up and would be enacted after Clinton assumed control of the Presidency. But along came Donald Trump and these plans were derailed, at least temporarily.

There are other contextual clues in unlocking the FEMA camp question that need to be explored at this time in order to provide an accurate threat assessment. We will begin with the TPP and its relationship with the subject of FEMA camps.
 In 2015 and 2016, former WYDE FM talk show host, the late Joshua Coy and I had discussed on my show, several times, the plight of the disappearing homeless people. This subject will not go away and has resurfaced in a manner that many in the Independent Media are taking notice of and reporting to their audiences.




Many in the Independent Media have made note of this phenomenon. Where are the homeless being taken, and for what purpose? Through a multitude of sources, most through the leaks coming out of  the Jade Helm 15 drills, both Josh and myself learned that they were being abducted (remember LA Times story about impromptu homeless shelters?) and taken to detention camps and while at the detention camps, they are being used as cannon fodder to train the would-be FEMA camp personnel. In other words, these homeless people are being used to beta test FEMA camp procedures. There were even stories that surfaced that suggested that organ extraction and trafficking were being practiced and it strongly appears that this practices is still on-going.
As I will discuss in a later part of this series, this was all being done under the premise of creating debtors prisons which are FEMA labor camps. Leaks from the TPP justify this interpretation. Trump dealt the Deep State’s FEMA camp plans a serious blow when he blew up the TPP. However, the use of FEMA camps designed to involuntarily house unwilling prisoners will not go away with the homeless population being at the center of this controversy.

After reviewing the evidence in upcoming articles, it is clear that Hillary Clinton would be incarcerating dissidents by this time had she been elected. During her campaign, she suggested that all unhappy conservatives should be sent to “Fun camps”.

This is all by design, please watch the following 2 minute video as it shows an interview of Larry Grathwohl who was an FBI agent assigned to investigate the Weather Underground. William Ayers is the founder of the Weather Underground which backed the notion of a communist takeover of this country. In the video, the late Larry Grathwohl is speaking about William Ayers. It was in William Ayers’ living room that Barack Obama launched his political career. In this video, the man who launched Obama’s political career said it was his plan to kill at least 25 million dissenters who would oppose the communist takeover of America and they would be put to death in FEMA camps.

These are not windmills and this is not hyperbole. These are serious Deep State operators that are intent on fulfilling the original mission of Bill Ayers. By the way, I have previously reported that Bill Ayers frequented the White House during Obama’s two terms in office. This is the end game for the Deep State and Trump seems unable or unwilling to intervene. Many I speak with said these actions will take place in the midst of a coup against Trump.

(Natural News) The extremely sour taste of rhubarbs might not appeal to everyone, but there are still many reasons to eat this unique vegetable. In a study published in the journal Nature, scientists from Emory University found that an orange pigment in rhubarb called parietin has potent anticancer properties.
Primarily, parietin, which is also found in different forms of lichen, works as a protective agent against blue and ultraviolet light from the sun. However, the researchers found that this pigment effectively kills cancer cells. This was initially observed through in vitro investigations which showed that parietin treatment killed half of the leukemia cells in a study culture within 48 hours.
The findings of an in vivo experiment conducted in mice also supported these results. In this study, they used a more potent form of parietin called S3 and administered it in mice with lung cancer. After 11 days, the growth of lung cancer cells in treated mice was cut by a factor of three. What makes these results even more promising is that parietin was only lethal to cancer cells but not to healthy cells. This is a great advantage over conventional cancer treatments like chemotherapy and radiotherapy which also target healthy tissue. How does parietin destroy cancer cells?

Researchers from Emory University were also able to determine the mechanism through which parietin works. Based on their observations, this pigment inhibits the production of an enzyme called 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (6PDGD), which drives cancer growth. According to Professor Jing Chen, who is one of the authors of the study, cancer cells need a certain level of 6PDGD to grow. If the amount of this enzyme falls, the growth of cancer cells will decrease as well.

Chen added that this is “part of the Warburg effect,” which explains how cancer cells acquire energy. This was named after Otto Heinrich Warburg who was the first to observe that unlike healthy cells, cancer cells are fueled anaerobically by glycolysis and fermentation. This change in metabolism is believed to be the root cause of cancer mutation. By inhibiting 6PDGD production, parietin effectively stops part of the cancer metabolic chain, which leads to the starvation and death of cancer cells.

Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced New York financier who served 13 months in prison for soliciting an underaged girl for prostitution, has served his time, and despite all of the negative press surrounding his “Lolita Express” and the many celebrities and politicians – including former President Bill Clinton and disgraced actor Kevin Spacey – who have reportedly traveled to his “orgy island”, he will likely live out his life as a free man (unless new offenses are committed).
But thanks to a series published by the Miami Herald last year that delved into how prosecutors worked with powerful defense attorneys to ensure Epstein received such a lenient sentence. The expose shed a light on the role played by Alex Acosta, who went on to become Trump’s Secretary of Labour, in handing down the light sentence. Acosta was the US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida at the time Epstein’s sentence was handed down.
Now, thanks to those stories, the DOJ has reportedly opened an investigation into the conduct of DOJ attorneys in the case, and whether they committed “professional misconduct” in their working relationship with Epstein’s attorneys.
The probe was opened in response to a request lodged by Sen. Ben Sasse, a a Nebraska Republican and member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, who raised questions about the case after reading the Herald’s stories about how Acosta and other DOJ attorneys worked with defense attorneys to cut a lenient plea deal for Epstein back in 2008, per the Herald.

At the time, the FBI was run by Robert Mueller.
Though the reasons for the lenient deal could be rooted in the natural advantages of the wealthy, one Twitter user who did a deep dive into a cache of redacted FBI Vault documents released last year raised the possibility that Epstein could have been an informant for the FBI, providing information on executives from failed investment bank Bear Stearns in exchange for the lenient sentence (though there’s nothing in his guilty plea that suggested he provided information).
To be sure, records show that Epstein passed a polygraph test showing that he didn’t know any of the girls he solicited were under the age of 18 at the time. Also, the case has taken on renewed importance since opposition research shops tried to link President Trump to Epstein during the campaign.

An extremely powerful winter storm is pulling away from Hawaii after unleashing damaging winds, massive waves, coastal flooding and snow in unusual places.

The storm, which the National Weather Service office in Honolulu described as “historic,” began pounding the islands Friday. Hawaii News Now reported a 66-year-old California man died in the rough surf off northwest Maui on Friday.

Forecasters “are calling this an unprecedented event and we concur that we rarely if ever have seen the combination of record high onshore waves, coupled with gale force winds,” said Sam Lemmo, administrator of Hawaii’s Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR).

The storm’s most extreme blow was generated on the Big Island’s towering peak of Mauna Kea, where a 191-mph wind gust blasted the mountain summit at 4:40 p.m. local time Sunday.

“That’s the strongest wind gust I’ve ever seen up there,” said Jon Jelsema, senior forecaster at the Weather Service office in Honolulu. “We tend to get a gust maybe to 150 mph once a winter or so, but never 191 mph.”

The visitor station on the 13,308-foot mountain is closed until Tuesday “due to the predicted continuation of severe weather,” according to the station’s website. The road is shut down whenever visibility drops below 50 feet, or winds gust to 65 mph or greater.

Hawaii saw a mixed bag of bizarre precipitation over the weekend. Several inches of snow fell on Haleakalā, a shield volcano in East Maui — something Jelsema described as “very unusual.”

Snow is much more common on the high peaks of the Big Island, at Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa.

The storm even deposited a coating of snow at Maui’s Polipoli State Park at an elevation of 6,200 feet according to Hawaii’s DLNR.

“Perhaps the first time ever, snow has fallen in a Hawai‘i State Park,” the DLNR posted to its Facebook page Sunday. “Polipoli State Park on Maui is blanketed with snow. It could also be the lowest elevation snow ever recorded in the state.”

The vigorous storm triggered rare severe thunderstorm warning for southern Kauai Saturday night.

Wind gusts up to 67 mph were clocked in the oceanside town of Port Allen in Kauai. The community is on the south side of the island, protected from the harshest conditions streaming in out of the northeast.

Wave heights approached 40 feet just north of Kauai on Sunday.

The National Weather Service had hoisted a high surf warning Thursday in anticipation of the event. It warned of “giant disorganized waves” that “could cause unprecedented coastal flooding Saturday night through Sunday.” Jelsema said his office had received numerous reports of road closures due to the coastal inundation.

“The sea state kind of looks like the water in a washing machine,” he said. “You have a mix of swell — which is generated in many different areas of the Pacific — combining with wind waves. One wave follows the next at pretty big intervals.”

Because of strong winds over the weekend, more than 2,400 customers across Hawaii were without power Monday morning, according to PowerOutage.us. That’s down from a peak of nearly 27,000.
