Paying an organization that would allow China as a "developing nation" to increase emissions while requiring usa to decrease. It lets china produce goods cheaper and puts Americans out of work. If you shift production form usa to China, you increase net emissions.

The whole point of the US being IN the accord was for the American taxpayer to be used just as an ATM for the rest of the world, AGAIN... Trump said enough of that and pulled us out and we STILL beat the accord targets - on our own - without the parasitic other nations...
