Steve Bannon was arrested this morning, alongside three other people in an alleged scheme to defraud thousands who donated to their border wall charity. Bannon allegedly used over $1mil in donations to pay personal expenses & people.

He may be innocent.    We'll see.

There def. was a dubious picture of him painted in the beginning, regarding an (ex) wife in Fla., a need for money, his speaking his own goals for the Admin rather than POTUS intentions, his looking for a position in the Admin., etc.  ( He went rogue with some interviews back then.)
But POTUS dropped him from the team before anything got totally scoped out.

This will be interesting.  If he's guilty...down he goes.

A couple of things.   It's SDNY.   And there's Burisma investigations front and center and a big need on the baddie's side to change the narrative.
(Is this Rudy's news he promised for today?  Burisma, that is.)

On May 24, 2017, several Chinese officials went to Guo’s home — a $67 million Manhattan penthouse — in an effort to persuade him to drop his activism and return to China, according to an audio recording of the meeting reported by the Wall Street Journal.

Together, Guo and Bannon launched the Rule of Law Foundation, which they said would collect evidence in cases of deaths like Wang’s, according to the South China Morning Post.


The Lady May yacht, owned by Chinese businessman and Bannon acquaintance Guo Wengui, was picked up near Westport, CT on June 17th. It matches description of a 150ft yacht.
