Russia has begun striking the capital city of Kyiv. Severodonetsk is about to fall despite the US media's frantic disinformation network claiming otherwise.
The three week window from the Pentagon is a lie. The four HIMARS and three unrelated MLRS will arrive within a week and they already have forces courtesy of US Intelligence trained on their use. I do not anticipate any of the foreign assistance offered making any substantial or noticable difference on the ground engagement. I do anticipate it being used to excuse further money laundering operations and extracting more funds out of US tax bases.
Pay attention to Germany, who is being moved by US Intelligence right now. (The US has 40 military bases in Germany alone).
Claims that a Russian missile came close to a large Ukrainian nuclear power plant are being heavily exaggerated by Western media. It was over 220 miles away.
Multiple ground reports confirm that war resistance from Ukrainian nationals has been sharply rising, forcing the Ukrainian Government to claim the Russians are using "separatists" as their main force, which is just a double speak way of saying Ukraine is actually fighting against their own people.

On February 24th 1999, the Country of Ukraine signed a ban on the use of anti-personnel landmines.
It was known as the 1997 Mine Ban Treaty, and was signed internationally by countries who recognized their use against populations as a war crime. ----- So a good question for international investigative bodies to ask them, is why they are poisoning the Ukrainian countryside with Mon-50 and 90 directional mines, OZM-72 bounding fragmentations mines, and a whole host of PMN-1 and 2's.

Summarizing Ukraine currently:
The US intelligence agencies want nuclear fallout, and are heavily invested through global defense contractors almost wholly funded by the US Gov, in the global solutions around that fallout.
A few days ago now, a US Quick Response Force (QRF) was quietly moved into position near the ZNPP, but within NATO controlled territory.
What it means is this: The US has calculated now that it cannot win Ukraine as a war of attrition or long-term laundering option, and so instead will seek to raze the ground, and ensure its competitor nation is left with no prize.
It also seeks to shore up its losses, and again calculates that the loss of life there, is less damaging to its personal structure than to continue apace.

MBS of Saudi Arabia has negotiated with Putin for the successful transfer of 10 prisoners captured near Donbas by Russia, including five British citizens, one Moroccan, one Swede, one Croat, and two American assets to their home countries.
This is part of ongoing negotiations between Russia and Ukraine over POWs captured.
