Michael Yeager of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas dismissed a petition seeking to challenge the Butler County Board of Elections’ rejection of mail-in ballots that lacked the required secrecy envelopes—often referred to as ‘naked’ ballots. The case arose when two Butler County residents, Faith A. Genser and Frank P. Matis, both failed to include the mandatory secrecy envelopes when submitting their mail-in ballots for the April 23, 2024, primary election.
Despite being informed of their ballots’ rejection due to this omission, both voters proceeded to cast provisional ballots on Election Day, hoping to have their votes counted.

The Biden-Harris Department of Justice has threatened to sue two small towns in Wisconsin over their refusal to use electronic voting machines to cast and tabulate votes, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported.
In July, Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke threatened to file a lawsuit against the State of Wisconsin, the state Elections Commission and Administrator Meagan Wolfe, and the towns of Thornapple and Lawrence, as well as the towns’ clerks and boards of supervisors, because the towns allegedly did not offer voting equipment at their polling places in the April presidential primary election
Clarke warned the potential plaintiffs in a letter that by not offering voting equipment for people with disabilities, they were in violation of the Help America Vote Act of 2002.
Among the federal requirements is that each voting system must be “accessible for individuals with disabilities, including nonvisual accessibility for the blind and visually impaired, in a manner that provides the same opportunity for access and participation (including privacy and independence) as for other voters,” the letter states.

They require photo ID and use paper ballots. They hand-count the votes of each station one by one, in public view. There are no mail ballots.

YES! I feel pretty confident the Military will pull the plug on this election before it completes! Was listening to Trump's 1P EST rally in NC just a few minutes ago. He said "6 more days...well, maybe 5, depending on how you count it."
No matter how you count it (ie, count today, or not?), it's definitely 6 more days until Tuesday 11/6. This suggests the plug gets pulled Monday 11/5.
IMHO, the plug will be pulled Monday based on the volume of cheating. Space Force has the real ballots watermarked and can see the real vote totals. By Monday, the overwhelming majority of people will have already voted, and Trump's REAL win numbers will be staggering.
Trump has said repeatedly, "11/6 will be the most historic political EVENT (not "election") in our nation's history." What IS that? It's got to be way more than a presidential election that happens every 4 years! I think Brunson gets released too, and Space Force releases the real 2020 vote count as well, where Trump also won in a landslide. Trump gets reinstated immediately. And 388 people--including Biden, Harris, Pence, and 385 Congress members get arrested for treason for failure to follow the Constitution on 1/6/2021, instead illegally certifying a fraudulent election. Double-check your ballot to ensure Donald Trump’s name is spelled correctly; otherwise, it might be flagged as an error by the voting machines.
