Thank you, SusanGa. Thought I'd share this and add a bit of context for our members.
LOL, CORRECT. This ILLEGAL process under the 17th Amendment is what allowed for ILLEGAL gerrymandering in many states, which is how it got here to this point.
Once the Original Constitution for the United States we are REALLY under since the Trump inauguration on Jan20, 2017 is made public, the States will likely be REQUIRED to draft new Constitutions for their states and reapply for statehood, with State Constitutions that do not usurp the US Constitution.
Remember, everything, and I mean everything since Grant signed the Act of 1871 has been illegal.
So, for those that don't know, when was the 17th Amendment ratified? Or was it at all? The 14th Amendment wasn't. The 16th Amendment wasn't. Remember how the process works. I've written about it many times here...

[THEY] have prepared for this possibility (of making "recall" of Senators possible), in advance.
[THEY] have selected state Congressional members that are domiciled mostly in the big cities, and [THEY] fraudulently and treasonously violated the "inhabitant" requirement of the state constitutions, so that [THEY] have dominion over small portions of population "here, there, and everywhere" throughout the state.
GET IT??? [THEY] have perverted and altered even the State Constitutions so that there's no equality of representation throughout the state; rather, [THEY] are selected based on population concentrated where they domicile (mostly in the 3 big cities like Houston)...
So [THEIR] plan effectively strengthens disenfranchisement of citizen voters/generational inhabitants (born/bred) in the rural communities throughout the majority of each state. This is the equivalent of removing the Federal electoral college.
GET IT???
This PLOT (aka HB 1267) only empowers state unelected "representatives" to selectively remove current unelected "selected Senators".
Solution is first remove ALL of the state Congressional members that fraudulently asserted on their initial candidacy statement that they are inhabitants (which means born/bred AND domiciled in a specific location) of the exact and sole location they apply to represent.
The states have contracted to give the people a REPUBLICAN form of government NOT socialist, Communist, or demoncratist based on population and disenfranchising citizen voters throughout the state.
Step 2 is do the same thing on a federal level. REMOVE ALL SENATORS THAT ARE NOT BORN/BRED INHABITANTS AND 14th AMENDMENT RESIDENTS OF THE STATE THEY APPLIED AS A CANDIDATE TO REPRESENT!
Haven't you even glanced at (for example) how many "selected" Senators there currently are that are born/bred inhabitants of THE STATE OF NEW YORK???? Last time I checked, it was at least 5. So NEW YORK, INC has 5 (instead of just 2) Senators, merging Connecticut (for example) and NEW YORK into a NATION!!!
So each "State" needs to first "remove the log from your eyes before you can remove the speck".
The alleged 17th Amendment distorted, invaded, unlawfully inserted UNLAWFUL COMBATANTS and BELLIGERENT OCCUPANTS into DOMINION over We the People and over God Almighty.
The 17th AMENDMENT is NULL AND VOID.
So my response to the ignorant, uneducated, deceitful, unelected polytricksters that propose putting a bandage on a nullity, is to stuff it where the sun shouldn't be shining!

Remember our discussion this morning about the 17th Amendment in 1913, and not being ratified by the States as required by 1789 Constitutional Law?
If you don’t realize it yet.
The most important thing Trump did in his first term, was to flip the courts, especially the Supreme Court.
Throughout our history, a compromised Supreme Court has made decisions that have changed the constitution and stripped away the peoples constitutional rights.
There are a lot of old decisions at the Supreme Court level that are going to be revisited.
We’ve already seen “huge” examples of this.
The “new”Supreme Court has consistently slapped down states “gun control” laws in order to protect all Americans constitutional right to own a gun and protect themselves. We keep winning every Second Amendment lawsuit now.
But they have also protected states rights from federal government overreach. Rowe vs Wade was federal overreach and it got reversed.
Trump said this would happen, remember?
So guess what?
The 17 Amendment that took away the “state legislature’s right” to choose Senators is also going to be revisited. That was a “States Rights” provision in the constitution that was removed. I believe they will restore it.
But you need to think much bigger.
Go back and look at the original Constitution.
I believe there are much bigger Supreme Court decisions that are going to be revisited.
Such as…
Is the Federal Reserve constitutional?
I don’t believe it ever was.
How about the the “Legal Tender Cases” or the “Gold Clause cases” that changed our money to fiat money backed by nothing.
The constitution defines what our money is. It’s supposed to be backed by a specific amount of gold and silver. It’s also supposed to be redeemable.
And the Treasury is the holder of the “people’s money.” Not the Federal Reserve or any other central bank.
I believe there are Supreme Court justices, that know this is all coming.
It’s a war against an insurgency that has stripped away our constitutional rights and changed the constitution to protect the government rather than the people.
Everything is going to change.

Jurisdiction
The judicial power shall extend to:
All cases in law and equity arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made or which shall be made under their authority.
All cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers, and consuls.
All cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction.
Controversies to which the United States shall be a party.
Controversies between two or more states.
Controversies between a state and citizens of another state.
Controversies between citizens of different states.
Controversies between citizens of the same state claiming lands under grants of different states.
Controversies between a state, or citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens, or subjects.

We did a series of 8 Chapters in that series, and you might want to take the time to review them all. It was a very powerful series of shows about some of the real history of our Country, the Native Americans, and a Chapter on the (Jesuits, et al, as Whama brought up during our We Are One show from Friday evening), Northwest Territories.
Again, you may want to review those 8 Chapters, and it's kid friendly reality. They need that right now more than anyone.
