I took down the testimony.  Most of us who have had encounters with Him,
and have had experiences with the Anointing have already talked and still do.
I thought it was safe to go into this, but maybe not.  (I'm fine.)

So, I'll go back to speaking one on one.  Anyone can reach me via pm.

Mark posted this video at  http://www.markaflynn.com/meaning/

It's a good starting point towards knowing the Truth. Blessings.

Thanks to you, Scott and Spring.   I didn't say the 'food-provision' thing right.  We want to look to Him to know what to do, as we in our reasoning really don't know.  But the beauty of it is whatever He ordains, He Himself will accomplish.   Isn't that just fantastic?  And so we turn again to His invitation to find the 'rest that is in Him', casting all our cares on Him.

I do recall Him telling a couple of us at the same time that guarding our hearts against hard heartedness is and will be very important for these times.

Wait! What? You died? what happened? DId you faint, heart stop? Can you give a date or maybe a year? Can you describe Jesus a bit more? Clothes, feet, sandels, glowing, bright, shadow etc.. Has he appeared to you again? DId you talk to him? Were you scared?

You said you were looking for an answer. Had you been fasting? I've been looking for an answer too and thinking about fasting but for some reason I'm a nutters when I fast.

What happend the other times when you died?

Oh, bless you for your enthusiasm, Proskuneo!  As you've intuited, the verse was Matthew 17:21.
"Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting."

Few will listen,
Of the few who listen, fewer still will understand,
Understanding does not mean believe,
Of the handful who believe, most may not know what to do,
Those who even know, how many will actually do ?
And the rare ones who have done it.......
Need not listen to you anymore.

( this is the sig line of the forum owner previously known as TrinityAs I've said, there's Truth everywhere, even where we might least expect it.  But we don't see it until we first Know it.)

I changed the post, which I'm bumping here so you can see the video from Mark Flynn's website in case you missed it.  (embedded in 1st post on thread)

Waking up to the illusion of the cave is the first awakening.
Waking up to the Kingdom and the Presence is the second awakening, the new home God has provided for you with Him.  He's already paid your admittance, opened the prison door, is calling us to come out and learn to live from our new, now, and eternal home.

You believe it's there, the question is, have you come out of her, have you escaped and been made a New Creature in Christ, able to live in His Light and by His Power ?
Do you know the reason for your joy, for the peace that passes all understanding?
Or did you decide that it was just a fleeting thing that 'couldn't be real', just isn't practical.
Our suffering helps no one get out of theirs.  Showing them the Way Out is the only answer. Otherwise, even though freedom has been given, no one gets free.

Where do you want to be when God destroys the cave?  Surely not still in it.

We can't fight shadows with shadows.  We need the direct experience, the Infilling of the Life and the Power of the Holy Ghost to live God's Will for us, and He Himself will accomplish it.  Know this One Thing by which all else may be known, according to His Purpose.

Thanks for the clarity Dove.

Good golly. As soon as I asked those questions of you, all heck broke out at my house. My youngest started having issues with his teacher at school and then my middle son, the brain with legs, fainted one sunday afternoon because he "forgot to eat". (The kid is lietrally doing too much)  I've been away from this site figuring out how to help my kids and now I've missed your posts (insights) that you've now editted.

Oh well. Maybe I wasn't supposed to see them.

btw "I forgot to eat" are words I've never spoken in my life. The mid kid is now a new member of the clean plate club and we are currently working on commitments he can eliminate from his life. He's in honers this & honers that and that AP european history class that texas is in an uproar about. Shees, I'm a firm believer in kids doing high school things in high school and doing college things in college. The two lines should not cross. The kids (and some parents) have a way of escalating things and it is not neccessary.

In case you are wondering about the teacher thing with my youngest (he's 12), I had issues with this teacher in the past so I had to nip and few things in the bud right away. I'm not a confrontational person. I cry too easily, so I had to send some emails. It all got figured out. But I must say, that in my nervousness I did forget to pick up my youngest(the 12 year old) from school one day. I was about 15 min late. Tears were shed. Laughter was shared. Slurpies were bought. Moms LOL

"btw "I forgot to eat" are words I've never spoken in my life."

Ha, ha.  Sooo funny!   Yes, this kind of message really gets the attention of the ol' devil.
He'll keep you busy and distracted with other things for sure!  And quick!  He's so quick.
Grrrr.  And notice how one of them involved 'not eating'.  HA!  Heavens, the devil doesn't want
you fasting and getting your victory!
So you know what's up. Don't let his cage rattling stop you. (I was going to say sword rattling,
but that's kind of a touchy thing right now.)

And yes, I think the scripture answer was definitely for you, and all the rest too.  I saved them.  And can pm them over to you.  Then you can decide what to do with it.

I did send you a pm (private message) once before, some little computer tip on making pages bigger to read.  But you didn't pick it up, so I deleted it.  Are you familiar with pm's?

And, I've got more to say...(imagine that chuckle )(how she can go on...and on...)

The reason I got into this personal telling is to strengthen our faith.
(I) have seen and believe.  Blessed are those who have not seen and believe.
And remember, I wasn't trying to be, nor was I in any way Holy.  (but yes, saved.)

Regarding dying.  Need I even say I had/have no control over the whole thing?  Not when I went 'out' of this realm, or when I came back, or where I came back to, or what happened before and after.

Have I said (I write and file alot) that the times it's happened on the major highways, once in rush hour traffic, that "somebody" guides the car.  This idea from "Left Behind" that everything crashes
is probably not right.  It makes it really hard for the masses to repent if they're killed by accidents, planes crashing, etc.

The two highway times that I was definitely all the way 'snatched up', 'taken out, away', once was in my anguish, once was in a state of joy.   Don't be scared of it!  It's the most protected place you'll ever be!  And it happens often to us anyway,
in imperceptible moments.  We just may not realize it, or have it happen
over a more extended period of time where it is undeniably noticed.

Can we be like the Apostles, saying  'whether here or there, I do not know".  Yes, we can, because it's the Holy Spirit who executes all these things.
Jesus said, He who seeks to keep his life will lose it.  Those who lose their life on My account, for My Sake, will find it.

So, on the death of the physical body, He will take you to Himself before you ever know what's happening.  Just don't fear, and don't fight it.
Build the pattern of yielding to Him and to the Word on the matter, and don't let the gates of hell come against the Word of God.
No matter what the situation, good...bad...doesn't matter.  Just stay surrendered as we are to be always, anyway.
The LEAP from dying to living happened when you were 'born again'.  It's already over!!
SO BE HAPPY!!!!
That's what He told me, when I complained that knowing about the world is a miserable thing, He said, (remember) you're going to the Promised Land....(so) BE happy!  Think on that!

Neh. 8:10  the joy of the LORD is your strength.

more later.   Listening to H&H.......I've got to hurry and get this out if ever forbid
the Lord said, why didn't you tell.

Dovie's crazy.  Talking about joy in the midst of coming destruction.

Let me just quickly say for now that it is part of the path to the Overcoming Power.  Jesus is the Overcomer.  You overcome by the Spirit that God has sent to us.

If you're going to prep, fine. But don't leave out the most important part, because nothing happens in our own strength; it's all by the Holy Spirit.  And if we look forward to any Move of God, whatever it might be, it will be by the Spirit.   And when He reveals Himself and when He moves, it's from joy.  It's just part of Who He Is.

PostSubject: Re: On the dying experience~   On the dying experience~ I_icon_minitimeFri Oct 03, 2014 3:23 pm

John 3 is Jesus' conversation with Nicodemus on the necessity of being born again of the Spirit in order to see the Kingdom of God.

Romans 14:17  For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Our lives evidence the Fruit of the Spirit as He is our Redeemed Nature, and the visible proof of our Redemption.

But what about the gifts? Because we can manage our own nature to some extent,
we tend to live cooperatively with the Holy Spirit. (co-equally?  That's not how He would have it, but sometimes we don't give Him much to work with)

That co-equal business won't get anyone to the gifts.  Yet, Jesus said we would
do this once the Spirit came.  The Apostles moved in the gifts.
Even Jesus said, "I of myself do nothing".
We even have  proof of it in the woman with the issue of blood, and other examples (the Roman centurion and such).

Neither does God impart the gifts to any human.  They are of the Spirit, by the
Spirit, through a redeemed and yielded vessel (His access into the situation that is calling on God).

We can say that the Fruit of the Spirit causes us to walk in Righteousness, and the
gifts are the work of the Holy Spirit for others and for us too.

The Presence conforms the inner man.  The Anointing is His Power that conforms the environment, ie; things in the world, people's situations.

The kicker is, coming to the Power doesn't require More effort.  It requires much
Less effort on our part.  Much less!!!! Much....much.... Less....You see.
(Not by my might or power, but by the Holy Spirit.)
Under the curse, man labors.  In the Spirit, God gives freely.)
This is no imaginary thing.  It's as real as can be; more real than what we take to be real.  And Thank God for that! And do we ever need it.

still haven't said it all.  But I think it's all ok ...Jesus taught it. Wink

So glad you are sharing your understanding with us. I think there are others out there who maybe have head similar expereinces and they need to see that they are not crazy, and they are not alone. We are all just trying to gain an understanding of what happend and maybe why. I'm still looking for answers.

btw I got to see the holy spirit once. In the book "heaven is for real" the little boy discribes the holy spirit as being blue in color. That's what I saw, a blue Jesus smiling and waving at me, then he stepped back through my bedroom window. I am forever gratefull.

Awesome, Proskuneo.  And see, you naturally had the same sense that I did, that one can't separate the Spirit from Jesus.  Any desire to walk with Jesus, or to walk with God, is accomplished in the Holy Spirit.  So is seeing and knowing the Kingdom, and living from it.  As we are established in the Holy Spirit, ("live, move and have our Being") we are established in the Kingdom.
The only ones that suffer from a delusion of two worlds is us.  Not the Spirit!  Smile
To have heard Him say, "It will be as I say it is", immediately defined His Authority as God's.
I honestly shake and shiver just from remembering the "Absolute" in those words.

I think that dealing with the endtimes drives our focus deeply onto the world and even the 'underworld'.  And absolutely we are to know the times and tell the people.  But not to get so caught up by it that we lose sight that the true purpose for God's manual is to teach man the path of restoration to Him that He has made for us. (A Way when there was no way.)
And I'm really grateful for ol' Plato's, The Cave, so we can have a shared visual representation.  (I don't care how Plato interpreted it, doesn't matter.)

As God says "Come out of her, my people", we have a notion of what we're coming out from (the world of illusion, shadows, deceit), and what we're coming into. (His Kingdom).

We think we've got 'seeing', discernment, and the 'dividing of shadows' down pretty well. Hopefully we don't stay there so long that we've taken up our old seat again
because those chains can creep up on us unawares, and the consequence is fear and doubt.

The antidote is almost too simple.  Spend more time with God where He is,
outside the cave. (worship in Spirit and in Truth). THERE is where we get cleaned off, redressed, reshod, rearmed, AND refilled with the Spirit, till it is HE who walks back into the cave in our body, preserving it till He has fulfilled His Purpose, and we don't have to come back 'here' anymore.

We humans have a tendency to try to call God down into the cave to stand with us, help us out. But we don't want to go to Him where He is, even though He's shouting, "Come up Here (hither)!"
God, who holds universes in their place, has an ORDER to ALL things; particularly how we might receive from Him.  But we don't want to do that.
What did He say?  In ALL things, Seek FIRST the Kingdom and His Righteousness.
THEN.....!  And the Spirit said through Paul, 'Daily".

All through the Bible God says, "IF you do this, THEN I can and will do..."
It IS His Will to provide all things to us, but He can't unless we do what He says
'do'. Yes God can do any and everything, except violate His Word.
And we don't do what He says.  We think we do, but we don't.  Because it's the difference between night and day, between needing and having, between struggle and rest, between my will and Thy Will.

We have to ask, are we using our mind, will and emotions to try to pull God down into our circumstance?  Or do we know that the only reasonable thing we can do is give ourselves over, as ALL things are contained IN HIM.  It's only IN HIM that
all needs are met, all wisdom is freely given.
Unless we 'live, move and have our Being in the Spirit", we have no part in Him.
And the only way for us to PARTAKE in ALL things, is by His residing in me.
So, by giving up everything, I gain everything.

Matthew 13:44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

So if we're not 'doing it' fully, how do we do that?

There's a saying, "If you don't go within, you go without."
That's it.  The End. Wink
Wait.  The Kingdom is a world without end.  So, we can keep going.

God's Ways are above our ways;  His thoughts above our thoughts.
We rise above the ways and temptations of the world.
Righteous living is the expression of Higher Principles.
So, we get the idea that God is 'out there'  somewhere.  Jesus said, He's
not in the world, so maybe He's in the sky somewhere.

The Bible says it's all within you and me.  The Holy Spirit, the Kingdom, the Throne, all within.  The Source of our life and the manner of righteous living is within.
BUT, we must find it.  We have to walk the walk within.  The world is just the effect, the result of the spiritual realms.  It's not the Source of anything.

If we are born innocent, we don't stay that way long. Especially as God says all flesh is fallen, and we are born of and into flesh.  All of man's best efforts towards Holiness fall short. It is the works of the Spirit of God that have the Life of God in them.  Everything else gets burned up.

So, the world out there, the observable world, is made up of the works of man under the wrong spirit.
My goodness.  What a pitiful thing that the church of the Living God couldn't do better.
God said there would come a time when a man will be fortunate to save his own soul, never mind his brother's or his neighbor's.

I guess what I'm saying is that we have nothing of value to bring to the table when we meet God except ourselves.  So, when we undertake our journey to really find Him, it's pointless to try to bring anything with us except  our worship and thankfulness.
I mean, don't hate yourself if it's been too long.  He Loves you.  He rushes out to meet you every time He sees you coming.
Just leave the world behind, because God said it doesn't fit into the Kingdom,
and don't think about yourself at all.  Take no thought about the issues of life, He said.

He said, we'll be giving an account one day for every word spoken, and every thought. So I think wisdom says, BE quiet and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.

What's left?  A humble and contrite spirit and a desire to know God and be overtaken and filled with THE Right(eous) Spirit.  A willingness to be changed, molded, whatever it takes to be pleasing in His Sight.   Filled so that when God looks on you He sees The Life and Light of His Son there.  Filled so that you know Jesus knows you. Filled where you now live by what He says, not what you think.
It's all going to get examined on day, so let's offer it all up now for correction.

Then the Kingdom, not the world,  becomes your home; we follow it's laws and enjoy it's blessings.  And in ALL things, we look to and rely on God.
That's just how He wants it. (requires it.  I don't know why we think what God has said is optional)

It's satan's lie that says you'll lose yourself, lose your freedom.  No.  This is freedom we can hardly put words to.  And you don't lose yourself.  You find yourself.  And you're still you, just not the you that you were.  You aren't the you that you were at ten or twenty, or more..hee...but there's a part of you, your awareness, that hasn't changed and never will.

Because God is forming us into the Image and Likeness of Christ, He's given us many lessons on what that looks like.
Next time, God willing.
