Judge Preska, not to be outdone by the Court of Appeals, signs off on the stay releasing the depositions; but then makes a move to further unseal more docket materials and has parties reporting by August 10th to "streamline" the process.
I like this judge.

Because the U.S. tests, on average, more than double/triple other countries (per thousand people), our confirmed case numbers & deaths attributed are much higher.
This is not an indication of a higher rate of illness.
