You were not meant to feel the pain. That is why Q plan was there, to give us that support to keep fighting and moving forward bc of the psy-war...it's normal response from fighting. Let me explain entanglement theory. Reason you may feel that you are 'descending' is because when you are actually ascending, your distance from the negative/dark forces widens. But, you are still seeing them in our world, which causes you to think (wrongly), that you are descending, because you are still here 'with them'....that's not the case. The matrix kept us in same resonance frequency with the dark forces. When i say dark, you also have 'dark' humans, who haven't learned their lessons, are easily manipulated by superior dark forces, like puppets, and we see them (trolls, instigators, dividers). When control grid is removed, and high freq light allowed in, we with 'positive/light force', ascend. We break the entanglement and move higher. Until that distance keeps increasing, and they are no longer even seen, you have to just keep at your higher frequency, else you risk falling down to level. FIGHT...but don't fall to their level. Use tact.

You mean Qagg clock? Or Q clock? Q clock continues if you keep adding 60 day increments to the old clock, and do your decodes. I use it to align certain decodes. Qagg clock ended in end of October. It's not 'done' on monday. It's just starting (public optics) part. You thought you felt pain all these years of waiting. on X, there was a Spaces today about Q...and a bunch of major accts are now saying Q was just to make ppl passive so they don't fight back. While it's true there is 'passiveness', what isn't true is that ppl aren't fighting back. The fight is an "information war", not tactical. If you were fighting a war 200 yrs ago with guns, and 10 ppl in your own side, behind you, would shoot you in the back, you would have lost the war pretty quickly. That's what infiltration means. Is it so hard for ppl to get that concept? We are all anons, bc I'm not even sure if the other anon i'm talking to could be a sleeper. Information war.
