I’m doing intermittent fasting, started two weeks ago and I’m seeing a lot of good healing coming my way. Suffering from multiple segment issues degenerative disc and stenosis. Much improved these last two weeks. That’s and cold showers --- Fasting removes senescent cells from your body. These are dead cells that cancer loves to hang on to. Its a full body reset.
